The Green Technology Application for the Development of Low Carbon Cities (GTALCC) is a 5-year project with the objective of removing barriers to low carbon urban planning and development in Malaysia focusing on cities. The objective is achieved through:

  1. Policy support,
  2. Awareness & capacity building
  3. Demonstration projects in cities.

It is a project by MESTECC and UNDP, funded by Global Environmental Facility (GEF) and project managed by SEDA Malaysia.
